YOUTH WEEK DAY 2

On day two of the most talked about COCIN Youth Fellowship week Jos Jarawa. As usual, the children of God had a great time in worshiping His name. The program was anchored by Mr Paul Ajiji Ishaya. The opening prayer was then said by Rev Sele Dagok. After that, the children of God were all blessed with special numbers from virtually all the church groups that were present in church starting from the church choir and ending proceedings with the church band.

 The day’s program was Drama and Praise. So as expected, the church was all filled with joy and laughter from the beginning and end of the program. The Drama was divided into two parts. The first which was basically all about forgiveness. The message which was passed was that as Christians, we should always be able to forgive our neighbors and always try to be at peace with everyone near us; regardless of race, religion etc. It was a great lesson passed by the drama group. After that, the church band were once again in the helm of affairs as they showcased the impeccable talents which got everyone in the church dancing. The Praises unto God went on for about 20 minutes.

Another major and captivating event that took place was the emergence of most of the youths with the proposed old school dress code that was asked to be worn on the event of the drama. Most of the youth obliged to that and it was a whole lot of fun throughout in the presence of God. The second drama was soon on the way and this very one touched the heart of many due to its astonishing content and how it was passed and delivered perfectly by the church drama group. It taught us that whatsoever that is happening, we should never let the devil take control of our destiny as God is the owner of our destiny and He is the only one we should worship.






                The program soon came to conclusion and overall, it was a great time in the presence of God. The closing prayer was then said by Rev Sele Dagok and the children of God were all departed to their various destinations.
